Recently I approached Trevor to discuss the possibility of selling a retail warehouse unit in Link Drive.
This was part of a realignment of Trust assets against a changing market. We talked in general terms and on the basis of both my expectations and Trevor’s market data, settled on what seemed like an appropriate band of value.
Having made the decision to place the property on the market, and even before the advertising side of things was arranged, Trevor called to say he had an interested party. Things moved rapidly from that point and literally, the deal was done over the weekend and at a figure which was certainly acceptable to the Trusts.
